Life is just an Experience .

 Having lived a life of over 7 decades , I can now say or express myself on my terms . The very nature of experience , observing , thinking and feeling , allows me to share why I gave the tittle of my post , " Life is an Experience " .  As I sat back , reflecting , thinking and pondering , I am aware that now all I have or am is this present state of awareness . All else is just a memory or data which I call or label as " my " past .  Living in the present awareness , in this now moment is the only true and real living . A felt experience of just being aware . This is who or what " I " am . The rest is just a mental construct. A conditioning or programming . The self identity is all about this memory or data that is labelled " my " past . A story . An ever changing , temporary , passing event .  I will stop here today .  Wish my follow humans will respond , share or just comment .  Thank you .
